I will do my best to get back to you as quickly as possible--usually within 24 hours or less.
The first session will be a 60-minute intake session. We will discuss your reasons for seeking therapy and your goals for treatment. We will also talk about your medical history and any current symptoms you may be experiencing.
I see clients once weekly in order to best support their consistent progress and desired outcomes. Some clients may wish to see me more or less frequently. We will make a plan that meets your needs.
How long a person remains in therapy and how quickly they find relief depends on a number of factors. Some of these include the type of issues they are facing, consistency in attending sessions, ability and willingness to self-reflect and face difficult emotions and the desire to integrate what we discover and what you learn in therapy into your daily life and relationships.
After our consultation call, and once you have confirmed that you would like to work with me, I will send you an email invitation to join the secure client portal. This will allow you to complete and submit intake forms easily online. When all intake forms are completed we'll schedule your first tele-health session.

You'll need a computer or cell phone with a web camera and a stable internet connection.
I'll send out reminders and links to your session each week via email and text.
Simply click on the link in the email/text. If you prefer you can also download the mobile app* for your cellphone.

Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be billed the session fee. I will do my best to reschedule clients within the week of the cancellation if possible in order to avoid being charged for a missed session.
I am an out-of-network provider so I do not accept insurance at this time. I can provide you with a monthly invoice that you may submit to your insurance company to request reimbursement. You may wish to contact your insurance provider before our consultation call to determine if your insurance company provides reimbursement for psychotherapy services.
