As an integrative psychotherapist I focus on the connection between mind body and spirit. My work will support you in shifting unhelpful thinking patterns, managing difficult emotions, navigating life's challenges and finding more comfort in your body, your relationships and your life.
Approach
I am an ally and advocate for you on your healing journey. My work is culturally responsive and trauma-informed. I am dedicated to helping you access and build on your strengths, find comfort and relief from what troubles you and to move beyond the wounds of the past. Together we will use the tools that best match your needs. This may include somatic therapy (mind/body techniques), talk therapy, and/or expressive arts.
